Single male; 31; Las Vegas; No asset case. It finally happened… I got the order of discharge today from PACER. $70K credit card debt, $10K in personal loans, and $10K in unemployment overpayment all discharged (the unemployment agency didn’t object). Filed 12/4/25, 341 on 1/7/26, discharged 3/10/26. I feel SO RELIEVED!!!! My lawyer was amazing. My ONLY regret was not doing this sooner. DON’T BE SCARED!!! Go consult with a lawyer if you can afford it.
