We filed Ch13 today and I currently feel so much relief I don’t know what the future holds but according to our lawyer it is supposed make everything easier for us we filed for $401 less than what we were quoted and our monthly payments are going to be $1000 less that what we were originally quoted which is great! I feel like a great burden has been lifted… any advice or suggestions about what we have to look forward to? How has this experience affected your life positively or negatively?
