I just finished my 341 for my ch. 7! Very simple, no creditors showed up, and he only asked a question about a Louis purse I had, that wasn’t even included on my petition but was told to my lawyer well before I filed cuz I was going to sell it to pay my lawyer. (Only made $700) I’m nervous for what happens next if someone can ease my anxiety.
I was good with my spending before filing. After filing the trustee did ask for bank statements up until the 16th of march when I filed. Do I need to worry about him asking for more?
I ask because after I filed I made some non essential purchases (stuffed animals, few birthday gifts for my boyfriend). Nothing over the top crazy. However I do want to make a $250 purchase today (not luxury/electronic). Thoughts?
