Title says most but the craziest was how the PA Dept of Revenue and IRS improperly filed liens for the debts, didn’t record them in the county I live in, therefore made them dischargeable. I met the other guidelines regarding tax debt as well, but $54,000 wiped clean there.
On top of that, I wiped any litigation that could’ve further resulted from my business failures, as well as got rid of all my consumer credit card debt!
All in, I’m very happy with the result and now have a clean slate to be smart financially.
