It’s been a tedious road trip but I have made it to the finish line and I am beyond grateful! I got a lawyer in oct 2025, case filed Jan 2026, 341 in feb, and discharged on the 6th of this month. I only had 1 asset which is my vehicle I wanted to keep. I haven’t heard from my lawyer yet however, I saw on my credit file the case has been discharged. Im only going to get a secured credit card. It has been relieving to know I can do well in life and not rely on a card so I will be using it for emergencies only. To those that are afraid to file please just do it and take a breath of fresh air. The process feels long but it is worth it if you feel like you are drowning like I was.
