I filed a ch7 asset case last February. I was discharged last June. I paid several thousand dollars to keep one house and did it by the stipulated timeframe with no problems. The trustee then sold all my other assets by December of last year. I emailed in January of this year asking about the closing and was told 90-120 days. He filed the bankruptcy estate tax return in early March. I don’t understand what’s taking so long. I have a priority tax debt that was 42,500 when I filed and now my balance is nearly 50,000. It’s just hanging over my head and I would love for it to get paid. I also can’t file my taxes because they will take my refund because I still owe. I noticed on pacer last week he finally put in for his services rendered pay but nothing else after that has happened. Should I wait it out or start pushing him to close? Thanks for any assistance
