Well, after being unemployed since February, I finally filed for Chapter 7 this week and got my case number. Now the wait begins. While I absolutely hate that I am going through this, it was unavoidable. I was evicted and now am back to living with family. I let the bank take my truck. Even though this situation sucks, I feel a lot lighter, like a weight is off my shoulders. I no longer have to worry about not having a roof over my head or whether I will be able to eat tomorrow. Now I know what to do and how to be more intelligent when it comes to my money; the goal is to never be in this situation ever again.
