Hey r/Bankruptcy, as the title says, my wife and I officially filed for Chapter 7 this morning. Our attorney told us to expect the 341 meeting in the next 30-35 days.
It’s been a long, stressful road getting here, but we’re finally on the other side of the filing. Feeling equal parts relieved and anxious as hell. Happy to finally rip the Band-Aid off and get it filed though. I’ll report back after the 341 meeting or if they try to pull any shenanigans in between now and then.
