So let’s say I just filed Chapter 7 and I do not reaffirm my vehicle. Am I able to stop making payments without any problems? Will it impact my case? I originally wanted to keep this car without reaffirming. But now my vehicle is having issues and I don’t even want to put a penny towards it.
