So my ch.13 case 341 was given a continuation previously and was suppose to happen on the 17th. My lawyer msg me today saying that the trustee was not going to object confirmation and Appearances are waived. Is this good news?
I do have a court hearing with a judge at the end of the month so should I wait till that happens before I breathe a sigh of relief? What should I expect from this?
I have been consistently making my payments on time since I filed so I think that helps my case but I am still so worried something will go wrong.
