Filed May 14th, Discharged this morning, just got two no fee CC w 2K limit, both cash back, had a 683 score on Credit Karma. I got rid of almost 100K unsecured and a bad lease deal vehicle. I was able to purchase a vehicle with cash, an older Toyota. That is fine for me. I really do no wish to pursue further credit, I am fortunate to make a nice income which has rebounded and learned my lesson. The last few months has been so less stressful. My advice, hire a good attorney, they won’t be cheap. I was denied by one attorney, found a large law firm that specializes in BK and that was great, they had everything down. My first assigned atty specialzied in 13, wasn’t aggresssive, but then was assigned a CH 7 Ninja and she was amazing. Entire process was super stress free.
