Struggling to decide if we should do bankruptcy or not. Feeling a lot of shame and general hopelessness.
We do not qualify for chapter 7, and with the quoted chapter 13 price we still won’t have any breathing room. State= Illinois
- How did you decide? What finally pushed you over the edge?
- Can you explain how it is determined if you have a 100% chapter 13 case or not?
