Hoping my husband didn’t screw us. We filed chpt 7 2 weeks ago, 341 is in 2 weeks. He gambles, this is disclosed to attorney. For the meeting we have to supply most recent statements, and his checking account shows 35,000 going in, and 31,000 going out over a month period. It’s basically the same money going back and forth to the online sportsbook in smaller amounts. He is calling the attorney tomorrow to discuss, just curious if anybody has dealt with this? He breaks even gambling.
