After many many months of consideration and going back and forth, I finally filed today!
I hired an attorney so the process was very straightforward. I had my petition review last night, revisions were made this morning, I signed and then it was done!
Still waiting to hear about my 341 date. I feel pretty neutral after filing. I hope once things settle I finally feel the weight lifted of having no more debt!
