I have around $17k debt on amex! I been now almost 2 years that i stopped paying and it went collection! I am unemployed . i got a letter yesterday saying i have been sued and i have 14 days to respond with a writing!
How do i write a written response and what’s the best option i can choose? Try settling or talk with lawyers?? Please help i have no idea!
