Chapter 7 Bankruptcy – File before or after tax refund? (Florida)
Friends, I’m planning to file Chapter 7 bankruptcy in Florida. I’m already working with an attorney, but I’d like to hear from people who’ve been through this.
My question is:
Do you recommend filing after receiving my tax refund for my children, or before?
I don’t want to make a mistake that could affect my case.
Any advice or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated.
