Hello im in the middle of my chapter 13 bankruptcy and I have been struggling with my payments. I explained this to my lawyer and he petitioned the court for a modification. They gave me another month to make a full payment and my next court date is next Thurs. Of the 3,350 I was only able to pay 2000. Next friday I get paid and would be able to make up the difference. But thats a day after court and they have given me a break already. My pipes burst in my front lawn causing me to have to put in 57 feet of copper pipe. 6k. That was the cheapest. My water bill went sky high because I had to find a way to come up with the money. I think the course had mercy on me. But im worried the partial payment will be the last straw and they will dismiss. Have I run out of options?
