For starters: I’m in a chapter 13.
So the 70 days for my creditors has now passed by a few days and I had at least 65 creditors. However, only about 10 of them filed claims. Bigger ones like Advanced Financial and Discover never filed claims. I also included to surrender my car and the financial institution I had a loan through never filed their claim.
If I was going to surrender my vehicle – do I still do that even though they never filed a proof of claim?
Anyone had this happen? I’m definitely not going to argue or complain, but both my attorney and I are completely shocked at how little claims were filed.
