I have filed ch. 7 and filed an adversary proceeding for my student loans, around $275k total. The AUSA wants to take my and spouses deposition and said the Dept. Of Ed will make a determination after the deposition if they will agree with the discharge or not.
Has anyone else gone through a deposition with their adversary proceeding? Anyone have any advise on what to expect?
