Finally got my lawyer. We are in the paperwork phase as of yet. Hes going over my income and such but he thinks i will be able to file a chapter 7. Over the 13 other lawyer told me. So fingers crossed soon i.will be filed and all the calls stop. I hate that this is what its come to but ive had a drastic reduction in income because i am primary caregiver to a disabled child and hes had a lot of issues the past several months with no end in sight.
I thought i was doing ok, up to date on ally debts and not too.worried i was doing the snowball method and had.payed a couple things off already. But once my income reduced all the balls i was juggling just hit me hard. I was NOT doing ok. It was all an illusion.
