I filed Pro Se and I had my 341 meeting yesterday. There were six debtors (plus attorneys) on the Zoom and I was the only one without an attorney. 3 of those filers actually had creditors show up which surprised me. However, I did not thankfully. It was super easy. I was only asked five questions and they were all yes/no. Trustee acknowledged a “no asset” case. So all that is left for me is to take my second Financial counseling course which I will do this week and then I’m just waiting the 60 days and should be discharged in June. I’m actually glad I did it without an attorney. Filing went much faster and it saved me a lot of money doing it on my own. Having said that, of course Pro Se filing is not for everyone. I had a pretty simple straightforward situation. Good luck to all of you in the middle of this currently. 😊
