Filed for ch13 in january, plan was confirmed today. Had over 50k in medical debt from a disease I had in 2021. Basically lived on my savings and a credit card during recovery but couldnt claw my way out. Only 20k in claims were filed and I am 100% plan. Should be out of this fairly quickly since I will be able to pay it off early. Obviously not the same for everyone but all things considered, this was the best decision I could have made and now I get a fresh start. Thanking god every day that I am alive.
