I’ve been reading other people’s experiences at the 341 hearing and I’m wondering how the trustee gets the bank statements.

My lawyer never asked me for any (that I can recall). Does the court just get them from the bank? Is this something they only need in certain cases?

I have my 341 in Oklahoma in 10 days.
