Just recently, a few things came into play in my life, and unfortunately, I’m no longer able to service my credit card debt (I have no other debt thankfully). It’ll be nice to have a clean slate. I kind of wish I’d made this decision sooner, but at least in my situation, I can with good confidence say that things turning out this way were a surprise.
If it’s possible without giving any legal advice, can anyone here who filed “pro se” chime in? The forms are numerous, but they seem straightforward enough (especially in my case) and I’m not sure I can afford the attorney. Also does anyone have any experience with upsolve or any of the other services that offer low-cost or free filing help?
