Basically the title. I’m about a year into a full repayment plan, and lately I feel like my life’s purpose is to just pay off debt. Tons of energy is being spent just to get even, which is taking a toll on me.
I can’t be the only one experiencing this but I feel like I never see it discussed. How do you keep your **** together throughout all this? I can pay off my debt in 2 years if I hunker down, but then I’m basically 40 with nothing to my name. That part is what’s getting to me, what’s the point exactly?
