I contacted an attorney and that’s what he said. I have about 125k in debt and make 130,000k gross per year. I had been sick and didn’t work for a while. My ex wife has garnished about $1400 a month and I owe her 65k above the 125k. I haven’t made payments on my larger debts in a few years. I am confused as to why I do not qualify… I have no assets since I lived on my savings and sold almost everything I owned to make ends meet. My chemo cost me 20k a year for a few years when I was sick.
