I haven’t made payments in 3 months, in 2 weeks im making my first payment to sign paperwork and say hes my lawyer, after that is done can creditors sue me until I completely file bankruptcy chapter 13? How does this work? I just got a personal hand delivered piece of mail from a creditor which im assuming next will be getting sued.
