Started a small business in 2019.
Took out a couple of huge business loans.
At the beginning of this year everything fell apart, customers stopped paying….bills didn’t stop.
Closed it down in March and decided to file CH7 due to $530k left in a non-SBA loan. $60k in CC debt.
I don’t own a house, wife bought it before we got married and I am not on anything.
I hate to give up on anything in life, but there is no damn way I can cover a failed business’s expenses.
Unfortunately I personally guaranteed the loans so I have to personally file for discharge.
The bank served me within 45 days of missing a payment.
Their lawyer is a complete ass and repeatedly says that he knows I am hiding the money. I wish I was, would make everything easier moving on to the next chapter in life.
Can’t wait until this is all behind me.
