Checked my pacer account, and my chapter 7 has finally been closed! A little background, I filed March 31 2026 in California. By July 20th I received my discharge, and my case was officially closed by July 24th. The overall process was easy, my attorney was great! Everything was pretty much straight forward, I was definitely nervous for the 341 but it was super quick and easy! I wish I would’ve done it sooner (before I was sued) but glad it is now over with. I also kept my car! Cheers to a fresh start! This group has been a lot of help. Best of luck to everyone!!!
