30yrs old, with over 35k debt. Maxed out credit cards. Credit score is completely tanked, can someone give me peace of mind that Chapter 7 will get me relief?
I’m currently living in an apartment, don’t plan on buying a home anytime soon. the way I see it. The damage has already been done what else more can they do? I reached out to a local company and heard it’s around $2,000 to file. But I’ve heard other successful stories with people using different methods. Anything helps
