I have a tenant who has not paid since april, he’s filed chapter 13 4 times now and 3 have been dismissed, I have been trying to evict him and collect back rent of 14,000$ . We got the newest automatic stay lifted and the case was dismissed shortly after so we filed for eviction and a month later he filed again and presented it at the day of the eviction court hearing & received automatic stay. My house is destroyed and every prohibition was violated in our lease agreement.i can’t afford my mortgage, I can’t pay pay for my son’s tuition and im about to have to start financing packs of ramen. I only eat on days I have my son to afford necessities for him
