Received a reaffirmation letter (and forms) from TD Bank for my car. I filed Pro Se, so I know I need to go to the hearing later. The form and the agreement are filled out already with attorney’s name printed, but not signed.
Do I fill out the rest of the forms and take it to the court clerk or mail it back to the bank? Help~
