I am currently in the process of filing for bankruptcy.. still making payments on my lawyer but I’ve paid my retainer so they’re available for any questions
However, I wonder how to move forward. I’m behind on every bill. To a point where I dont know which to pay first. How does one do it? I really should have filed earlier, my paycheck is now being garnished by a previous loan. That’s what lead me to file in the first place.. I dont want to be homeless, but I dont want to lose electricity either. Any tips? Or just words of encouragement because I am truly terrified.
I currently live in Stl, MO.
