I had been very stressed out about my looming 341 Trustee meeting. Turns out I was stressing for no reason. Chapter 7: no assets, all paperwork was turned in, except I have not filed 2022 taxes ( I was worried that would be an issue). Zoom meeting lasted 3 minutes!!!! All yes-and-no questions, no questions about my numbers or why I was filing. Or anything that required me to think. It was: Did you read this paperwork? Did you sign the paperwork? Is everything true? Has anything changed? Spell my name, verify my address. Thank you, and approved- discharge on 8/10/2026. For those of you who are losing sleep, please don’t; it is super simple.
