I owe $3k and it’s paid down from $19k. The car is worth $10k.
He denied the agreement. I had great credit history with this car and now I’m going to have to fight them to retain and pay. I have always been current and never been late.
He didn’t ask me any questions. He just denied it. I couldn’t even explain myself.
Fuck this judge. Just wanted to let everyone filing know that this is a real possibility.
Edit: I filed pro Se. You don’t have reaffirmation hearings with a lawyer in California.
