We filed on 6/17, and our 341 was in July.
We had around $250K in unsecured.
Home, HELOC, my car, and both of our student loans are outside the plan. We direct pay those.
Our initial repayment plan was around $5700 per month. We’ve made 3 payments to the trustee thus far.
The 70 days the creditors had to make claims was stressful.
Only 8 out of the 32 creditors made claims…..and in the final amount of around $90K.
Our new payment is around $1500 per month.
Has anyone else had this happen? I keep waiting for the other show to drop, but we have our confirmation hearing next week and trustee has not objected to the amended plan.
