The BA requested a whole bunch of documents from me last month (motion for production of documents rule 2004) and I submitted them all. Now they are wanting an in person deposition and I am a nervous wreck. I am socially awkward and have ADHD and I’m over thinking everything and stressed out. Has anyone going through an in person deposition and can give me some idea of what it will be like and what kind of questions would be asked. This is not the trustee. It’s the Bankruptcy Administrator that is asking for this meeting. Thank you!
