I’m not sure how many people are or have been in my same situation
We just had our 341 meeting and all was smooth. The only thing is I have a lawsuit pending against one of our creditors (they contacted us over 50 times after our lawyer sent a letter to them telling them that we were being represented)
My question is has anyone else had something like this before ? Filing bankruptcy and having a lawsuit that keeps your case open? If so what was your experience like ?
