Im officially discharged as of Tuesday. I feel relieved, scared and just wow $76,000 gone and with it the hardest 1.5 years of my life. Im excited to rebuild. I filed January 21st and discharged April 14th. I just started a new job that pays significantly more than my last role and thr fact I filed when I did means I get to keep all this money. I have built a budget and plan on sticking to it. Ive been in a cycle of debt since 2016, dug myself out then went back in. Im really happy it’s over and honestly I wish I had done it sooner.
