I need advice on what’s the best way to go about this
long story short I got accepted for a navy federal cc 18apr but got it mailed back home as I didn’t have a personal mailbox at the time
my mom saw it and asked to use it to pay her apartment as she didn’t have a job
I was iffy about it and had a bad feeling but let her use it
fast forward she ran it up
I’ve been stuck with the payments since
shes offered to pay half the bill but i felt that it wasn’t my bill to pay truly and had some resentment growing from that
plus it felt weird having a parent pay you monthly, trust has definitely been lost financially and rather not use her help
is it best to just file bankruptcy atp
my cars under navy federal also
