Had our 341 this week. All credit card debt with a little bit of medical debt. I felt like the answer I gave as to why we had to declare was really stupid and I’m overanalyzing it. I tried to be brief like the lawyer instructed. I guess I feel like I didn’t acknowledge our spending habits at all and just talked about why I can’t work for more income. I felt the trustee thought I was full of it. I just didn’t have a good answer. There wasn’t a big event that caused the bankruptcy. We have zero assets other than 2 old vehicles and one used van we are still paying off. We’ve never owned any property. I’m so nervous. If we don’t get discharged, we are seriously screwed.
