Been lurking here for a while now, thanks to this sub I decided to file chapter 7 to deal with the multiple collection accounts, and the civil suit from chase. It was about 15k in total discharged debt. Thank you all, any tips on getting back on your feet? I’ve already begun a emergency savings account in a HYSA and have a secured line of credit that I pay in full biweekly.
