I am currently going thru Chp 7 and also filed back in 2002. Since I am on Pacer I decided to look at my old case, which was also a C7 that I filed pro se. My discharge posted (about 5 days after my 60 day period) then a week after discharge the trustee filed a motion to dismiss with a hearing. Then about a month after that there was a motion to withdraw the dismissal. Then 9 months later the case was closed. I swear I was never notified of any of this and had no idea it even happened. I was literally flat broke, zero assets and even paid my filing fees in payments.
Just for curiosity’s sake, what could have caused this?
